I don't believe there is one right path through life.

Each of us carries a unique story, shaped by our experiences, values, dreams, and challenges. My role isn't to tell you which direction to take—it's to help you discover the one that feels most authentic to you.

Through The Next Chapter Studio, I bring together coaching, creativity, and curated vintage design to help people imagine what comes next—and begin bringing it to life.

I offer personalized one-on-one coaching for people navigating change, exploring new possibilities, or looking for greater clarity and purpose.

Coaching sessions are available via Zoom or in person in Chicago 

I also help people create spaces that feel collected rather than decorated.

My approach combines vintage pieces, personal objects, color, texture, and unexpected finds to create rooms with warmth, character, and a sense of story. 

This may include sourcing distinctive furniture and décor, refreshing an existing space, styling a new home, or helping you see new possibilities in what you already own.

I believe our surroundings can support the life we are becoming. A well-loved object, a reimagined room, or one beautiful and unexpected piece can change how a space feels—and how we feel within it.

For me, Frogs & Swans has never been just about coaching. It's about living creatively and intentionally. It's about designing a life that reflects who you are today, while remaining open to who you might become tomorrow.

Sometimes that journey begins with a conversation.

Sometimes it begins with a beautiful old chair that deserves another life.

Sometimes it's the first page of a journal, a long walk, a difficult decision, or finally saying "yes" to something you've been quietly dreaming about for years.

Every object has a story.

Every person has one too.
